Present and promote the company's property projects to potential clients. Communicate with local and international clients to understand their property needs. Follow up with leads through phone, WhatsApp, social media, and other communication channels. Conduct property viewings and provide professional consultations. Negotiate terms and support clients throughout the sales process. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and referral partners. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth sales process. Achieve individual and team sales targets.

คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร

Previous experience in real estate sales or property sales is preferred.

Strong communication and negotiation skills.

Fluent in English and at least one other European language.

Candidates who can communicate with international clients in English and at least one other European language are highly encouraged to apply.

Customer-oriented with a positive and professional attitude.

Self-motivated, proactive, and target-driven.

Good interpersonal and relationship-building skills.

Ability to work effectively in a multicultural and international environment.

Knowledge of the Phuket real estate market is an advantage.
